How long have you been in business?
Current Pixel has been in business since 1985!  With local roots based in the Atlanta area, Current Pixel is a veteran in the media conversion and audio/video editing industries.
Where are you located?

Our address is 1000 Holcomb Woods Pkwy #430, Roswell, GA 30076. We are in the Holcomb Woods business center just behind the PGA TOUR Superstore on the corner of Old Alabama Road and Holcomb Woods Parkway. Does your company do the work or will you outsource my order?
Unlike some other companies, we do not outsource your projects to locations in other states or countries to get the work done. All work is done by Current Pixel staff in Atlanta, GA.
Can I ship my items to you?
Yes, customers do this all the time.  We’ll contact you when we receive your items and also when we send your finished product back to you.  You will want to use a shipping option that includes package tracking.  If you’re not sure, just give us a call and we will guide you through the process.
Who are some of your clients?
In addition to the many individuals we’ve had the opportunity to work with, a partial list of businesses we’ve served includes: Atlanta School of Sleep Medicine, Arby’s, Auburn University, Autotrader.com, Buckhead Document Pro’s, Church’s Chicken, Cocacola Enterprises, E. What’s your turn-around time?
It depends on the service we’re performing, and the size of the job. The average turnaround for most orders is 1-3 weeks, but during peak times it can increase to 3-6 weeks. We understand some projects are urgent and we can accommodate rush jobs. However, rush jobs typically require an additional fee based on the size and cost of the project.
How much video can fit on a single DVD?
Without quality loss, 2 hours of video can be transferred onto an individual DVD.
Are there any types of videos or film that you can’t or won’t transfer?
We do not transfer “adult” film/videos or any film/videos that, in our sole opinion, have obvious, serious legal implications.  We also do not transfer ANY copyrighted videos or film unless you have, or have been given, the specific rights to do so.  This typically means anything that was purchased, could be purchased, or was broadcast on TV, cable, etc.  Examples are movies, TV shows, sports events, workout videos, instructional videos, documentaries, etc.

That being said, it is still possible that this type of content on your source material may end up getting transferred if we did not notice it during the transfer process.  When you submit your project to Current Pixel, you as the client, are agreeing that you are responsible for the content on your source material, and that you have all legal rights to allow us to transfer, duplicate or edit your source material.
